Bullets 'invisible' in MS Outlook and IE
|

Bullets seem to be invisible in Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Internet Explorer. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me and the people on my subscribers list? I am continuing to receive emails (my own campaigns) without bullets. Other people receiving the email tell me the bullets are missing too. This has been a problem that I reported when I first started to send out campaigns about two months ago. I sent out another campaign last week, and again the bullets are invisible in Microsoft Outlook 2003 – both on my home computer and work computer. Colleagues using Microsoft outlook 2003 are also receiving campaigns with invisible bullets. The strange thing is, if I hit forward on the email, the bullets appear. When I view the campaign on the web (from clicking the ‘click here if you are having trouble viewing this email’ link), the bullets are invisible when viewed with Internet Explorer but appear when viewed with Firefox. I thought that maybe I had done something wrong with the template, so I created a test campaign today using the default template you provide, and the problem remains the same. I would guess that most people would receive email in Microsoft outlook, and Internet Explorer would still be a popular browser. |

It may be an issue w/ the stylesheet, and IE compatibility (I believe Outlook 2003 uses the same rendering engine). Can you give me the RSS feed, and even point out the specific article, where you’re having the issue? I’ll plug it into the default template and give it a test. |

I see square bullets in Thunderbird. Outlook 2003 does use IE’s rendering engine. |

Fixed! It’s perfect now. Thanks very much to Kevin for adding comment. And a big thanks to Chris who fixed the problem! From a very happy Nourish user. |
