trying to change my plan, but every month it says i have an outstanding balance. Please help! |

I have this problem too. It’s tells me I have $0.36 outstanding balance—but the process has been automatic. I can’t pay the extra $0.36 even if I tried. I reported it a couple of weeks ago but it still hasn’t been resolved. |

this is still an issue. I tried to cancel the account to get out of the paid and back to free and now the whole thing is suspended. not what I wanted, and really this is remarkably poor service for a company that is charging fees to my credit card. You gotta address this ASAP. |

Peter, please email me your account login to ben@integralimpressions.com and I’ll have your account moved to the free plan immediately. Also, we’re wrapping up a new release of our billing application that will take care of all these issues. We expected it to be live already, but it has been delayed a little. End of this week is the target now. |
