Is there a way to send a confirmation email to people when they opt in or subscribe to the news feed?

If you click on a campaign, then you click on the subscribers tab, you’ll see instructions at the top of the page. There are special settings to do any of the following:
  • Redirect to a custom URL after they subscribe
  • Send me (the account owner) an email notification after they subscribe
  • Send the subscriber an email notification after they subscribe
