What Happened ? No mail-out!

What happened.. The programmed newsletter of Sunday didn’t go. They have in the past, so is there a problem at your end? |
Hi Mike, I apologize for this error. I’m currently looking into this, I’ll have an answer for you as soon as I can. Thanks! |

Hi Mike, What is the setting on your Nourish account for minimum articles? If the number of recipients designated by your minimum articles setting is not met at the time of scheduled delivery, the application will not send your campaign. Thanks! |
Hi I don’t know what the minimum was set to, but whatever, there are far more topics, about 15… I saw that it was scheduled according to the dash for the Sunday, and remained scheduled until a few hours ago, when suddenly i went. So it took 5 days ;-)) BTW, this is the 2nd time it has happened, so it looks like the program kind-of skips, |

little note….. maybe this is a clue… I have one post that I usually place on Thursday to remind readers that they can subscribe to the newsletter. In order for the newsletter subscribers not to have to read the same notice in the newsletter, an agent expires the reminder article on Sunday, 3 hours before the newsletter is due to leave. Maybe that is what caused it (but it has worked in the past) |

Thanks for the info Mike, I’ll ask and see if this sheds any light on what might’ve happened, and get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks! |

Mike, It looks like the problem we were having has been fixed, and things should run smoothly now. If you have any other problems, or if the current one persists please post again and let me know. |
Hmmmm, sorry, but this one didn’t go out either. It’s queued for the last few hours. And this time there was no article that gets deleted before the transmission. Either your queue is very busy, or it got stuck… |
Mike, I’m sorry for this continued problem. Please email your email address and user ID to anthony@integralimpressions.com and I’ll ask our developer to look in to the problem. Thanks |
I’m also having this issue currently. 4 emails (3 test emails – 1 forced) has been sitting the queue for a bit now. neil at gothamist dot com |

Hi Neil, You’ve check all the settings suggested here, correct? If the problem persists, I’ll have the developer take a look, he might be able help with your other concerns too. Thanks! |
Yes Anthony, I did search the forum and nothing came up helping – I just keep seeing you saying the problem has been fixed and to try again. :) |
So the mail finally sent like 10 hrs later. Is this something that you guys did or what? Having the test email feature is kind of pointless if I need to wait 10 hrs to see it work. |

Hi Neil, As far as I can tell, your message going out was just the application kicking itself back into gear. I’ve asked the developer to take a look at your account, though, so hopefully this won’t be a reoccurring glitch. Also, I got the answers back about two of your older questions: Thanks! |
