Hi Guys.

I found your service at the weekend and thought it would fit my needs exactly. I set up the account, added a feed etc and then sent out a few test emails. Everything worked as it should.

I then uploaded my mailing list and tried to schedule an email. This is where it started to go wrong.

The message said my email was scheduled but there was no evidence of this. I waited overnight to see if it would be sent but nothing happened. I then tried to force the send. That was several hours ago and the email is still queued.

Then I thought I would start again, see if that made a difference.

I created a second campaign. Imported the same mailing list and created a similar email. Everything worked fine until I tried to send a test email. This was queued, and still is!!

Your service looks fantastic and, I think, should do everything we want. It just doesn’t work!!
