Our opendemocracy queued emails are not moving … they’ve been sitting in queue for days.

Are we doing something wrong, or is it your end?

I’m having the same difficulty with our eConnection queued emails. As much as I’d hate to, I’m going to have to cancel our subscription if these delays are not resolved. We have to have a dependable service.

I apologize for the trouble you are having with our application, I’ll be doing all I can to help you have a better experience with Nourish. Have you checked the settings on your campaign’s minimum articles setting? If the minimum number of subscribers is not reached on the day your campaign is scheduled, the campaign will not go out.

If you have checked this, and everything seems to be okay setting wise, you can either post your email address and user name, or send it privately to anthony@integralimpressions.com
and I will forward your concerns to our developer.
