I see someone else had this problem – I had it too – please advise as I cannot log into account to add a user

Hello,

Could you please specify your problem? Are you having trouble sending out messages, or just logging in? Do you get an error screen?
Please let me know and I’ll come up with a solution to the problem as soon as I can.

when i log in there is an Import is starting message at top of screen. When I go to subscribers and click on Add Subscribers I get a message – Import already in progress. Wait until it finishes.

However nothing happens….....

How big is the list you are trying to import? List size can sometimes be a factor in uploading time. Have you had this problem previous to today?
If you don’t think the size of the list is the issue, please send me your log in name and email address to anthony@integralimpressions.com , and I will forward ask our developer to look into the problem.

I have the same problem. Nourish is ‘importing’ one user I added manually (so not through .csv upload) and it’s been doing so for 14 days now so I guess something goes wrong…

Could someone please fix/reset this? I e-mailed Anthony but I guess he’s on vacation or something since he isn’t responding…
