mailing says it completed, but no one has recevied mail

Hi, We set off a mailing to our 50,000 list last night. It shows in the panel as having been sent. But all 20 people in the office on that list say they have not received it …. do I just re-send? Tony (openDemocracy.net) |

Tony, What is your open rate? This can help us figure out if your email didn’t go out or if it’s an isolated case for a few recipients. As no one in your office received the mail but the mail is marked as having gone out, it could be your network’s spam filters.
