A few clients had some campaigns that didn’t send in a timely fashion in the last few days. We jumped on that right away, and deployed some more updates to our sending process. Everything should go out on time now (that is, within 5-10 minutes of being queued for delivery).

I have a campaign and it has not successfully sent out on its own. I have to force it to send out on Mon/Wed/Thurs. Here is a screenshot of that to which it says it “queued for delivery” for yesterday at noon and nothing came of it.

Please tell me what’s going on? We would love to pay for the service at some point.

I’ve been getting this:

Feed Error: Poorly formatted feed
Scheduled: Friday, 04/11/08 at 09:30 AM
Contains posts published between Wed 04/09/08 and Fri 04/11/08

I haven’t changed anything in my settings.

Should it be changed to /blog/rss ???

I have not yet had a mailing fire off successfully. The only ones that have gone through have been the test emails that I’ve pushed out myself. If you look at my subscribers, you’ll see they haven’t received anything. Ben, I’ll email you the address I use to login.

I’m still having trouble with this. Is there some other way to get a response around here? I know I don’t pay for the service, but even a quick response in the forum would ease my mind. Thanks.

I was wondering if there’s something wrong with my settings.

I’d like it to go out daily but I can’t seem to coerce it to do so. The rss feed was updated on May 30th, and the email was just sent today. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I apologize for the trouble you are having with our application, I’ll be doing all I can to help you have a better experience with Nourish. Have you checked the settings on your campaign’s minimum articles setting? If the minimum number of subscribers is not reached on the day your campaign is scheduled, the campaign will not go out.

If you have checked this, and everything seems to be okay setting wise, you can either post your email address and user name, or send it privately to anthony@integralimpressions.com
and I will forward your concerns to our developer.

Hello, My name is Christian and I have just opened a trial account. It looks perfect for my needs however I can’t get any emails to send…test emails don’t work, nor do forced emails…can anyone help?

p.s. min articles set to 1 and i am using safari and firefox on a mac

Hi, Christian. Glad you are interested in our product! Have you had any successful emails go out yet? Also, have you checked to ensure that there is at least one article that falls between the dates listed for your next mailing?

hey all – something is going on. I’ve got two campaigns, one daily and one weekly. neither seems to be sending this week.
